Shaminto (SDP, the Social Democratic Party) rally of "Regime weak-headed"
To death of weakening as supplementation power of Jiminto (LDP, the Liberal Democratic Party)



The first time of Shaminto (SDP) rally ended.

This rally was the first party rally after shifting from Shakaito (the Socialist Party) to a new party.

Therefore, it was a rally with the problem of opening the future of this party including of forming "New party", which had to be commemorated.

In actually however, it only clarified that this party had lost the support of the worker completely and was dismantling itself.



Though the mass communication criticizes Shaminto (SDP) as "Government party weak-headed", was it not the liberalistic bourgeois public opinion that obstinately demanded Socialist Party to take the position of "Government party" and kept telling to base on to "Reality principle"?

In the rally, the criticism to the party execution part that follows thoroughly to Jiminto (LDP) about Jusen (Housing Finance Specialty Corporation) processing problem is successive and the voice "The election cannot be fought by such posture" has been raised one after another.

However these voices did not be reflected to the practical conclusion at all, and the standpoint of the Murayama executive that insisted only pressing governmental idea was adopted with "unanimous approval".

The criticism by the representatives was mere "Gas pulling out" or a gesture before the people and there was nothing serious.

The Shaminto (SDP) rots thoroughly from the center to the lower person of activity.

And this is similar to Kyosanto (the Japanese Communist Party).

The representative in Yamaguchi Pref. spoke as follows.

It is said that this speech found hardly any echo in the rally, but it can safely be said that the speech was almost only speech that was somewhat straight.

"We desire to freeze the budget (such as spending tax on Jusen processing), and to select the way of respecting renunciation from the regime. Is it nearer to the road of New Party formation (to become opposition party) than to wipe off Jiminto (LDP) exclusively in the problem of Jusen and the problem of consumption tax improving?"

Mass communication reports this speech with "sparse applause", which atmosphere exposes the essence of Shaminto(SDP) too much.

This party has already fallen low into a bourgeois political party below the Jiminto (LDP).

Murayama was praising himself for the result of the rally as follows.

"Though we had chiefly discussed inward in the rally of Socialist Party era, we had accomplished transforming by discussing policy subject of how to respond to the people."

This is a self praising speech of Murayama about the real state of Shaminto (SDP).

We pay attention to the contents of the speech of Murayama any more though it is a surprising one to think that there are self praising contents in the real Shaminto (SDP).

It has been the purposes and the problem of the opportunist of Socialist Party for a long time to slough from the satisfaction with the opposition party's position and the stay in mere "Opposite party" and "Party only of the criticism" and to get "The seat of regime" as a realistic political party and becoming to "Discuss the policy".

And, it is not to be able to go back to the Socialist Party before because they achieved this purpose at last now.

It is sure not to be able to deny the present Shaminto(SDP)'s way and to complain to it if it is not possible to stay in "the Party only of the criticism".

Are not even such ideal ways of this party for what they have been wishing with all-out of efforts in these 20 or 30 years?

Murayama says that they discussed "The policy subject of how to respond" to the people, but we could not find any such things at all in the rally of Shaminto(SDP).

The Murayama executive did not move the standpoint of "According to the predetermined policy" even as in the slightest.

The discussion that the government idea was correct and it was only it ruled the Shaminto(SDP) rally, and this opinion was being repeated by the leaders of the party with no tiredness.

Chief secretary Sato describes "A weak financial organization collapses when the Jusen processing is delayed and the deposit of people (who?) does not return" and stirs up the "Consciousness of crisis" and answers "Freezing the Jusen budget cannot be accepted. The deposit of the people cannot be defended by the deletion which Shinshinto(NFP, the New Frontier Party) requests".

However, is it not a reason for cheating that is here?

"Jusen processing" can be done even if not making amends from the tax of the people much more it is directly unrelated to "be late" and to use tax.

Moreover, it cannot be declared that delaying "Jusen processing" connects directly with a financial crisis.

Even if a financial crisis develops in relation to the Jusen processing --- the possibility that it does not is large too.

Because bourgeoisie may have the organic power and the means to manage the crisis like Jusen --- It is owing neither to Jusen processing only nor to its delay, because there are deeper causes and grounds, so such as Jusen processing is not more than one of the mere chance.

In addition, it might completely be a demagogic problem to rattle that "Deposit" falls into the crisis.

Because, It can be understand by observing the case of the recent bankruptcy of financial organization that "The protection of depositor" is cordially done --- not only worker's petty money but also the deposit of big capital that covet high interest and is partly incorrect --- So it is nothing except unpermissible maneuver to roar the deposit crisis, which trap people into panic and puzzle their judgment by taking out of false crisis.

On the whole, for what Murayama, Sato and so on need such dirty maneuver? For what is it on the whole if the purpose is not to help the Jiminto(LDP) and to help the power of big capital?

It was politicians of Jiminto(LDP) that had been shouting the "Crisis of financial organization" and the "Crisis of the deposit" to the loud voice to press the nonsensical Jusen processing against the people.

To press the Jusen processing by any means, they needed such half demagogy.

And now, degenerate and dirty leaders of Shaminto(SDP) pick up the slogans of villains of Jiminto(LDP) and shout it out loudly.

What despicable guys and what foolish guys they are!

Their degeneration should be said as no stop.

The level of the impudence or shamelessness of this party appears to what they say as follows after emphasizing that the Jusen processing is necessary to recover Japan business in the unified opinion of "Jusen processing" submitted to the rally.

"It is clear to see that the stock prices are sluggish and the Japan premium began to rise by the recent discussion refusal of Shinshinto(NFP)."

That is, an economic crisis should have progressed by the discussion refusal of Shinshinto(NFP) and therefore it is forbidden to do the discussion refusal, the tax turning on should be sped up, and the budget must be approved immediately.

Such reasons have already reached the step of the sophistry of "If wind blows, the cooper make money" type.

Because they arrange such balderdash, Shinshinto(NFP) "recover its power" and become arrogant.

They say actively to Shinshinto(NFP) continuing the sitting down to "fight with policy", but Shaminto(SDP) does not have any "concrete" policy other than to protect stubbornly the government idea.

And if they say the government idea as "Concrete idea", the worker will decisively refuse and swear strongly to crush such "Concrete idea" or "Real politics".

It is not an accident that Shaminto(SDP) does not have had any "Concrete idea" except the stiff government idea.

The only "Concrete" idea to be able to oppose to the bourgeois's "Idea" definitely is the revolutionary one. --- That is, because it will be the decisive one not dreading "Crisis" of a bourgeois society and a financial crisis, etc. at all, it can do nothing but inevitably become revolutionary. --- Therefore, even the Shaminto(SDP) not to mention Jiminto(LDP) and Shinshinto(NFP) was not able also to propose it.

For instance, they could do nothing but keep even the solution named "Legal processing" at a distance that is very commonsensitive and "Normal" for the bourgeois.

However, such opportunism or cowardice of bourgeois and Shaminto(SDP) is not an accident. It exposes that they cannot correspond to the crisis of the reality and lose sight of the means and the strategy to fight against it, that they are losing confidence and are forced into a corner more and more.

Shaminto(SDP) is missing a splendid chance to recover the support (Keep temporary) of the worker.

At the past consumption tax, though this party was able to recover the support of the worker who was about to lose all at once, the reason for it is that this party made clear the standpoint to fight decisively against Jiminto(LDP) regime. At present also, if this party would make clear the standpoint to oppose to Jiminto(LDP), Shinshinto(NFP) and their policy, and would take the posture to fight decisively, they would collect big support (the big support at least different from one that is given to the present Shaminto(SDP) not only quantitatively but also qualitatively).

However, instead of doing so they keep taking the policy to follow thoroughly to Jiminto(LDP) and the policy to be called poorest.

In that sense, it can be said that there is no one who is so imbecile as the leaders of Shaminto(SDP).

They indulge single-mindedly in the suicidal act.

However of course, It is not the problem that they are imbecile or not but the problem of the class standpoint and policy.

They already have been asserting "Real politics", the concrete counterproposal, the party applied to the regime for a long time, and have continued to walk single-mindedly on the fusing road to the bourgeois rule and the Jiminto(FDP) politics, so they cannot return suddenly on a even somewhat class and anti-capitalistic road by stopping this one.

If they do not deny all of themselves, they cannot adopt this route.

So, they cannot take any way except being deserted completely by the broad worker public and falling by continuing to take the abject route of following to Jiminto(FDP).

Their fall is an unavoidable result of the opportunistic route of this party, so it is

another living evidence of the bankruptcy of opportunistic route.

Up to now, the bourgeois mass communication has continued to say to Shakaito (The Socialist Party), "The party which does not take up the regime is not political party".

The very mass communication, when the party they hoped appeared actually, they feared the true appearance and shouted that they did not hope these kind of things (then, what kind of things did they hope?), and now they complain actively to Shaminto(SDP), and grumble as "regime weak-headed", straight "opposition party has gone".

However, even the Shaminto(SDP) of the reality for which the mass communication just hoped, so criticizing without supporting it when it appears now talks about the meanness and the imbecility of not only Shaminto(SDP) but also the bourgeois mass communication.

The present Shaminto(SDP) is what the mass communication surely hoped and it is the "Present reality". So the mass communication is responsible 100% for the reality of Shaminto(SDP), and it is not permitted to scream and to grumble as "we did not hope this kind of things!"

The reality of Shaminto(SDP) exposes the end of the opportunism that seek "real politics" (in bourgeois meaning) and beg to take the seat of regime in this bourgeois society. The result that worker has to bring out from this may be that

the only "Realistic" politics for the worker is the consistent, class, and revolutionary policies.
