The Soviet Union "revives"
Russia and the Belarus become to "National integration"
It is said that Russia and the Belarus will make "New community". That is, they aim at "Integration".
It was only several years ago, 1991 when a lot of "Republic" which composes the Soviet Union dismantles the Soviet Union lively and formed independent "Nation" respectively.
About 1991 yrs, it is called, "It is historical mistake" and moves to the federation nation again passing only of five years from that.
Moreover, the president in Russia which achieves this re-integration is a Yeltsin who is the leading role person while the Soviet Union was dismantled in 1991. It will not be only us that the doubt is held, 'how does this on the whole become?'.
President Russia's Yeltsin make an excuse "The purpose of having founded the Commonwealth of Independent States in 1991 is to prevent a national collapse." and President Rukashenko of the Belarus also is imputing the responsibility to another "Then head of Ukraine and the Belarus is responsible of the Soviet Union collapse." and he burns to "revive" the Soviet Union with zeal.
Also in the Kazakstan and Kirugirusutan, there is similar movement, and these four countries have already been connecting "Agreement integration and reinforcement" at the end of March.
President Nazarubaef of the Kazakstan also says that "The past of totalitarianism is dreaded though the old Soviet people are wishing that they live together again. This is both sides of the coin." "'Divorce' with the Soviet Union was not hurried up so much. The conclusion must not jump now. We must not make integration the tool of electioneering.".
The republic in the old Soviet Union began to move to re-integration now. So the reason is not only court popularity for election which approached in the near future.
It is from an economical reason that the Belarus and the Kazakstan feel the charm in integration. Each republic bore the part of an economical division of labor by which a large area extremely was covered respectively in the old Soviet Union before, but it was torn to shreds by the collapse of the Soviet Union. As a result, industrial production and the trade of each republic stagnated and economy has deteriorated generally. Then, "Liberalization" expected did not become the cane of magic that much either.
Because each republic was receiving the supply of oil and the gas from Russia before, dismantlement's of the Soviet Union made also of economical relation rapid retreat and cool. Thus now, recognition that there cannot be even national development without confirming the mutual, economical dependence relation, too has risen because of both sides of Russia and each republic. The wind which blew so strongly toward the separation several years ago blows toward integration now.
It was clarified again that Russia and each republic economically needed each other severally. The economy which develops more and more needs mutual dependence relations further.
It was due to an own voluntary will that these nations had integrated itself beginning of 1920's into the Soviet Union. This circumstances are essentially different from "Integration" for Barut three countries for instance. Such historical passage, moreover, extremely the Belarus person near the Russian as Slavs, might be one factor to promote re-integration.
Of course, the worker does not have any reason opposed the reproduction of "The Soviet Union". The existence of bigger nation than the separation of the small country might be more advantageous for the growth of the worker class, and, for the development of the class struggle.
"Dread" that the revival of the Soviet Union is a revival of the imperialism or the possibility increases, is talked about.
Of course, the "Revival" of the Soviet Union might be not directly the same as the revival of Soviet imperialism. It is not already even Russia alone recent imperialism enough if it is said to it imperialism, is not it? The development of imperialism in the Soviet Union has an important relation in this, not "Revival" of the Soviet Union but what shape does economical development of the Soviet Union advance, and what form does the class struggle take.
