Even the nuclear test prohibition is uncertain
 The Agreement of The Comprehensive Ban Treaty

The Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) negotiation is being agreed during this month and signed in September.

However, might this be an advancement for the direction where the human race abandons the nuclear weapons, and might this be really a guarantee even for the prohibition of the nuclear test?

Such treaty is actually the article that can be never said as one step advancement for the rudimentary problem of prohibition of the nuclear test not to mention the abandonment of the nuclear weapons.

Of course, the prohibition of the nuclear test is quite another to the abandonment of the nuclear weapons or the prohibition of the nuclear weapon possession.

Even if the nuclear test would be prohibited, about 10 countries, from the United States and Russia and others, still continue to have a huge number of nuclear weapons.

And again, even though the nuclear test would be prohibited, the United States and so on are boasting that they do not receive any pain and itch.

Because, they say they can gain the similar results as the case doing the nuclear test by "the mock experiment" (simulation) "without nuclear explosion" and moreover undetectable.

If so, the nuclear test prohibition is not any practical meaning at all.

Moreover, it is said that there is "the fluid nuclear test" of causing the nuclear fission reaction near the critical point, too.

In this case, we can hardly detect the explosion.

Moreover, it is a reality that the nuclear weapon becomes more and more the target of the desire of every country in the world and the nation with it increases.

For instance, China has walked steadily on the road to a nuclear large country after "developed" the nuclear weapon in 1960's.

Though China had been pursuing the nuclear test more ardently than any other nations in these days, it was from an ambition for a nuclear large country. And, it is no exaggeration to say that the United States and Russia have been conniving at this so to speak.

At least, there was any practical power to obstruct the will of China in other

nations.

And, the nuclear development of China made India and Pakistan hold serious consciousness of crisis and became a definite opportunity when these nations evolved to a nuclear nation, and Japan cannot be indifferent to the nucleus of China, too.

In the Middle East in the midst of crisis, Israel is the nuclear possession nation and "threaten" the Arab nations by that.

It is new in our memory that this nuclear nation extremely dreaded the nuclear possession of the Arab nations, for instance, when it detected the nuclear equipment of Iraq, it attacks and destroyed it immediately.

The nuclear test prohibition is certainly expressed superficially in this time. However, there are the pressure of China and so on, and "the Amendment bill" that they "reexamine" about "the Peaceful nuclear test" in 10 years are being adopted.

Of course, this is "the Reexamination" and not to admit. However, it might be clear by taking one example of this that the nuclear nations don not have the will to prohibit the nuclear test decisively.

Moreover, how can we distinguish the "Peace" nuclear test from the nuclear test not so, and who does it.

It is that for instance, if China would force the nuclear test and say that "it is for the purpose of peace," no one could restrict it.

And, even if it would be a "Pure" peaceful nuclear test (though assumed that there can temporarily be these kind of things), it is not different from the nuclear test, and if "the Data" (that the bourgeois nations are desiring) can be secured by this experiment (it is likely to be able to secure surely), the Test Ban Treaty will become "the Bamboo Basket Treaty", the treaty full of complete loopholes.

As long as the class nations and the imperialist nations remain, it is a bourgeois or petty bourgeois cheating and dream to talk about the abolition of the nuclear weapons or "Peace".

And, it is being clarified that the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty is also only a gesture and a maneuver of bourgeois nations to tempt the workers in all over the world.
