We denounce "the Return" of Doi to the party leader
Shelved the responsibility to have helped the Liberal-Democratic Party and the New Frontier Party
Planning the Life prolongment of "the Shamin (=Social Democratic) principle" that have gone bankrupt
*****
Doi returned to the Shamin Party (= the Social Democratic Party, SDP) and assumed office as the party leader. She tries to survive and rebuild the Shamin Party (SDP) by denying "the Results" of these three years of Socialist Party (or Shamin party) stepped into the union with the Liberal-Democratic Party and the conservative party in fact and returning to the Socialist Party route before.
However, the workers conclude that Socialist Party (Shamin party) has already died and any try to plot the revival is reactionary and harmful.
The necessity for the conscious workers is not the revival of the Socialist Party (the Shamin Party) that have already bankrupted and dismantled completely but to construct the new true class workers party on the carcasses and instead of the lie party of the workers (the actual petty bourgeois party as SDP and JCP were).
*****
<> Is not Doi responsible really?
Doi revived to the party leader of Socialist Party and began maneuvering to revive the Socialist Party fantasy before. The conscious workers should denounce Doi's such tries as one of the most reactionary tries and expose the emptiness of Doi and the reviving Socialist Party route.
Doi talked loudly, Japan "Come in the age when the political party of social democracy should firmly play the role now," we do not fight the election to make the coalition government with the Liberal-Democratic Party (we do not think the coalition with the Liberal-Democratic Party)," "How to decide was problem" about the consumption tax, and the like.
The reason why Doi insists such way is that she think for the Shamin Party (SDP) to survive it is necessary to revive the expectation (that is, fantasy) of the workers and people to the Socialist Party, that they have cultivated 50 years after the war, and to rely on it.
She said to expect "the Leftist spring" that worked whenever the Socialist Party falls into crisis before, and must such rusting things sure to function now?
Doi's standpoint is just deception.
Doi is talking whether the degeneration of the Socialist Party = the Shamin Party (SDP) of this three years, that is, the union route with bourgeois political parties such as the New Frontier Party and the Liberal-Democratic Party and "the principle of entering the cabinet" are quite unrelated to her.
She say, the conversion of the route of the Socialist Party = the Shamin Party, that is, the making to the government party is the one done when Doi was the chairperson of the House of Representatives, that is, when Doi was not the member of the Socialist Party, so Doi is not responsible.
Doi plausibly gets talking about Socialist Party's changing in quality to "Watch it in unpleasant feelings".
However, might it be true?
Does not just such nonsense expose that Doi is a truly irresponsible fellow as well as other members of the Shamin Party, too?
Though Doi says she was not a member of the Socialist Party in this time, why was she set up the position, that is trivial and only "the honorary post" of decoration in a sense, of the assembly chairperson in such important time, got conceited and was overlooking the change in quality of the Socialist Party calmly? Rather was it just necessary for her to fight against the change in quality of the Socialist Party decisively and thoroughly as a leader of the Socialist Party as with "mud covered" and was it not her responsibility?
Because she allowed the degeneration of the Socialist Party in fact, and did not put any clear criticism on it and nor fight against it, it should not hold true to say she did not agree with the changing in quality of the Socialist Party now.
Such excuses might only expose how irresponsible woman Doi is.
For Doi the changing in quality of the Socialist Party was more lightly than the position of the chairperson of the decoration one, just this teaches Doi's negligent essence.
Because it was the result of the union of the Socialist Party and the conservative party, that Doi took office as the chairperson employment, Doi can also be said that she will have clarified not opposite to the new route of the Socialist Party by her own action.
<> What is the direct cause of the degeneration of the Socialist Party?
If Doi says to go back to the route of the old Socialist Party, why does she return to the Shamin Party (SDP) of which Murayama and Kubo hold the hegemony, and why not to the New Socialist Party, for instance?
Is Murayama the prime minister when the decisive carrying out of the raise of the consumption tax from next April is decided, and is not Kubo the incumbent finance minister who yet insists that it is necessary to do the improving of the consumption tax 5%?
Murayama and Kubo were the ardent fellows to the union with the Liberal-Democratic Party and they were the other leaders of the degeneration of the Socialist Party = the Shamin Party.
On the other hand, the New Socialist Party is loudly suing as we hear now on the street, "Just we are succeeding the true tradition of the Socialist Party."
If Doi would have gone to the New Socialist Party without uniting with Murayama and Kubo, it would have been more small that she was criticized in the inconstancy, too.
The Socialist Party is drawn around for these three years by the right-wing members (of SP) of the assembly (Their majorities posthaste ran to the Democratic Party and exposed the betraying, class standpoint and a bourgeois standpoint finally) and agreed with the small constituency, but this has been criticized in the first as the suicide act of the Socialist Party.
Actually, if it became the small constituency and the two-party system spread, it was quite clear from the beginning that the declining Socialist Party was not able to survive.
However, the blockhead fellows of the Socialist Party agreed cheerfully with the small constituency that was likely to say a requiem to themselves and dug an own grave hole assiduously.
The right-wing members (of SP) of the assembly were calm of cause.
There are many roads in which they survive whether it becomes the small constituency or moves to the two-party system if they organize some new, bourgeois party.
However, if they intend to defend the class standpoint even in some measure, might it be difficult for the time being to survive in the small constituency system?
It was clear that the profit of the Socialist Party existed much more in the current "Medium constituency" from in the small constituency.
Though now the Shamin Party is criticized of uniteing with the Liberal-Democratic Party, but the first that the Socialist Party = the Shamin Party began to rush to the final failure was not the union with the Liberal-Democratic Party but with the New Frontier Party (with Ozawa), and the Socialist Party adopt the route of the union front with the conservative party openly at this time after an interval of tens year from the Katayama regime.
Though the Socialist Party ran to the unprincipled and inconstancy unite in in the slogan of "Anti-Liberal-Democratic Party" and joined a part of the regime delightedly, they seemed to be thrown out as the rubbish of garbage at the end used to Ozawa's satisfaction, were insulted, got angry, changed radically this time and united with the Liberal-Democratic Party.
Now the Socialist Party is said as if to unite with the Liberal-Democratic Party was mistake, but it is too clear that it is not the thing to unite with the New Frontier Party is better than with the Liberal-Democratic Party (the right wing fellows who ran to the Democratic Party are thinking so).
The problem is the union strategy with bourgeois political party itself, and it is the same thing that the opponent is the Liberal-Democratic Party or the New Frontier Party.
<> If it is "the healthy nongovernment party," is it good?
Doi says certainly as if to be opposite about the consumption tax, but why brings into question only how to decide the consumption tax, and does not bring into question the consumption tax itself or the improving 5% itself, and does not oppose it clearly?
The reason for it is that she assumes the participation in the Shamin Party and the cohabitation with Murayama and Kubo who decided the raise of the consumption tax. It might be cheating for her to criticize only how to decide the consumption tax improving and to keep silent the improving itself.
Doi cannot be consistent from beginning to end, if she does not clarify at least the thorough responsibility of the Shamin Party, of the managing staff who executed the consumption tax improving at the head and does not assume to expel the fellows named Murayama or Kubo from the party executives. However, she depends on Murayama or Kubo, compromises to them and unites.
It the Shamin Party converts the route under Doi, Doi should summarize clearly what these three years of the Socialist Party = the Shamin Party was and whether it was an accidental one really for the Socialist Party.
If she says it was not an accidental one, she must summarize why such "mistake" (the betray for the workers) was committed openly and what the reason was. However there is no sign that Doi intends to do such things at all.
Actually, the Socialist Party invented and brought up the large quantities of the degenerated petty bourgeois and bourgeois elements inside, and they all ran posthaste to the Democratic Party. This was natural, because, especially after the struggle against the security treaty on 1960, this party has hoisted the improvement principle openly (See the structure reformation theory), has substituted the nation theory of welfare for socialism in fact (Recollect the socialism image of Eda who assumed that it becomes socialism if the life style of the United States and the welfare nation in Britain are joined), has expressed the reality principle (of course, in the bourgeois meaning) furthermore, joined to the regime, and has made the maintenance of the regime to its purpose. If it is assumed that such a nonsensical party as throwing away the principle does not degenerate in the bourgeois, it cannot be any degeneration in this society.
However Doi does not return to the Socialist Party route from the summary and the denial of the ideal way of the Socialist Party = the Shamin Party during half a century. Therefore, if Doi's route would succeed temporarily, it only reproduces the Socialist Party that had rotted, made to the bourgeois, dismantled itself still.
No, the workers know where the Socialist Party has already arrived. So even if they would feel sympathy to Doi, it does never exceed the convenient level because there is no party to support.
The byword of Doi is the one "A healthy nongovernment party is necessary."
Doi is refuting to the bourgeois route of the right-wing members of the assembly who ran to unite about the Liberal-Democratic Party and the New Frontier Party criticizing the Socialist Party by such expressions, "The political party that does not pound to the regime is not any political party" and "It is a myriad year nongovernment party."
However why "A healthy nongovernment party" ("A myriad year nongovernment party"? To fix the standpoint as the nongovernment party such way is after all to premise and affirm this society that the capital rules, the Liberal-Democratic Party or the like holds the powers, to stay only a mere "opposition party", is not it?
Doi of a petty bourgeois cannot have a grand view that the workers hold the powers by overturning the rule of the capital. Therefore she says that she should stay in "A myriad year opposition party" by thinking that it is the degeneration of the Socialist Party by uniting in the bourgeois that the Socialist Party pounds to the regime.
However the workers emphasize that it is not the standpoint of the workers at all to stay in "the mere opposition party" under the powers of the capital because not participating to the bourgeois government, that it is the one to put workers to the position of slaves under the capital eternally.
Doi does not hope the fundamental reformation of this system but hopes the mere amendment, correction of it, no, rather hopes the preservation of the current state. Just therefore she can satisfy in the standpoint of "the healthy nongovernment party."
She is never conscious of the necessity for overthrowing the rule of this monopolistic capital and establishing workers' powers.
Therefore her standpoint is a petty bourgeois one thoroughly.
<> Doi's class standpoint
The thing she brings into question is the procedure when the Socialist Party admited the improvement of the consumption tax rate and the one that "the procedure that people who had supported the Socialist Party could consent was insufficient" when the Socialist Party united with the Liberal-Democratic Party, but not the unification with the Liberal-Democratic Party itself.
Doi's class standpoint is clear in the following speech.
"The bright view will be opened only by connecting again the bonds with women, the aged persons, child, and the physically handicapped persons."
She does not talk about the workers but talk only about so-called "the Weak" (However, talking women not as the workers who fight, that is, as class existence, but as "the Weak" above all, is the characteristics of the foolish civicist), and just this frankly expose Doi's class standpoint.
Even if she is the petty bourgeois civicist, she is neither an ally of the working class nor a socialist person who fight standing in the standpoint at all.
Doi does not have already been talking about "Socialism" at all, but chatting about "Social democracy" instead.
However, the one that she expresses in the word "Social Democracy" is actually what is mixed vaguely the bourgeois democracy, the petty bourgeois pacifism (the non-armed nation under capitalism etc.) symbolized in the constitution, and furthermore the civicism, and investigated thoroughly, it is the standpoint that does not exceed the frame of capitalism even one step.
The reason that her insistences seem to contradict and conflict with the policy of the Liberal-Democratic Party of the reality is only that the petty bourgeois fantasy and the idealism, similarly as the insistence of the Socialist Party before, conflicts with the bourgeois realism.
And, when the petty bourgeois fantasy failed, the Socialist Party was converted very easily and capitulated at once to the Liberal-Democratic Party (That is, the bourgeois realism).
Because Doi plans the revival of this pitiful Socialist Party, her try is extremely reactionary.
Neither what standpoint the Shamin Party will sand, nor whether the union will be united with the Liberal-Democratic Party after election is made clear. Doi seems to desire returnning to the position of "the Myriad year opposition party" (Doi says "the Healthy opposition party"), but there is some doubt whether the fellows in the Shamin Party who experienced the taste of powers can really resist the temptation holding out from the Liberal-Democratic Party.
If the Shamin Party fights with Doi as a signboard, and afterwards, if it continues this route of three years and unites with the Liberal-Democratic Party and the like, and helps the consumption tax improving, the role that Doi played becomes to be not permitted easily.
It is to be that Doi was merely used as a signboard of the election of such as Murayama and Kubo.
On the other hand, if Doi's hegemony will be established, it is certainly the revival of the Socialist Party (that is, of "the Opposite everything"? and of "the Myriad year opposition party"?). However, it might be too clear that it does not go out more than the abject try of the life prolongment of the fellows who failed because of the opportunism and the petty bourgeois character.
The conscious workers should not permit the try to build the New Socialist Party or to revive the Socialist Party, and just now, should put forward the prospect of the construction of the new true workers' party against the reactionary try!
