The total election was notified and the election struggle for 12 days started on October 8. This is the first election by the small electoral district proportional representation. It was something chilled and stagnating something what it is here, though it is the first election by a new election system. We were not able to have participated in this election war to our regret or to have done. The reason is not that there is no will to participate in us, frankly speaking, the purpose of it is capital shortage. We lacked practical power to break down the thorough, bourgeois discrimination election. The election that worker's class political party does not participate becomes the scene of empty mere horseplay for the worker. All bourgeois parties and the petty bourgeois parties are pressing of cheated opinion of the lie against people and are enumerating false shamelessly. The worker who has the class consideration cannot never permit such situations. To concentrate worker's power on one, the time which should move to a decisive counteroffensive for the bourgeois and the petty bourgeois power is coming.



Election system of lie



This election system is the one that the eggplant is done and was decided by the fanfare as for the kernel of "Political reformation". Japan Socialist Party are the one with the frame which wants to support this hard to the point where a lot of own political creeds are thrown away. However, "People" whole not to mention the worker class remains chilled, too. Political distrust does not have the sign to face the cancellation even in some measure, even if political distrust deepens further.

It is also natural. Above all, the reasons are that the election system shuts out the worker from the election struggle in the much more also by a current election system and is a thorough discrimination system.

Political struggle that is made to stunted.



It is being exposed at once because of the election struggle at this time that small electoral district proportional representation that was introduced by the fanfare assuming that near the ideal or more is actually what does not have other than cheating "extravagant". The result of the election at this time will make it stand out further.

It also has only promoted this tendency that the winning person must be one person and the election region is narrow.

Candidates became busy now for "Local service" and fell low with the existence only of running about their local. As a result, the one "Policy" etc. has only the secondary and slogan meanings.

The policy of each political party is essentially the same (for instance, "Administrative reformation"), and The political party is entirely fueling the mood to say nothing of "Policy standard" and performs the election sued from reason to the sense. A dirty intention that is to coax "people" to win the election in a sweet word is clear.

The representative is the New Frontiers Party. When electing, they are playing with the slogan "Improving consumption tax 5% opposite, Tax reduction of 18 trillions yen", as all forgot Ozawa's having insisted on the consumption tax 10% before and having taken out the welfare tax of 7%. Ozawa is neither the policy nor anything and is shouting that "Make the New Frontiers Party the first party! Everything is executed if you does so". He is scattering easy "Optimism theory" that if business is often done because of the tax reduction, naturally finance is rebuilt -- it has already failed in the United States etc.

The demagoguest constitution of this party is exposed everywhere. However, this is not because only the New Frontiers Party is so, because this party is only representing one essential side of all bourgeois political parties and the petty bourgeois political parties at the present age.

The Democratic Party of Japan is also the same as this. The policy of this party stands out very much by neither any fresh taste nor the inside fact's there. Though this party says oneself a new political party, actually it does not have new content. This party is only reliance to "Signboard" of Naoto Kan and Hatoyama, it is only "Shelter" this time to reelect members of an assembly with quite uncertain winning.

In fact, Democratic Party is "private party" by two persons' "Stars" of Kan and Hatoyama, and it is fling the signboard of Kan and Hatoyama company instead of the party platform. The content of the "Business" is winning contract job for members of an assembly who do not have ability and the content which has been elected last time in the new party boom either.

It is not chance that in this party, there is little political substance except all sorts of flowery words that tasted nice.



Only the lip service to "Administrative reformation"



The election commitment of the political party is demagogy or it is either the same as no existence. The example of the representative might be "Administrative reformation" which all the political parties are promising.

It is impossible without thoroughly fighting against the rule of the monopolistic capital to put administrative reformation into practice seriously in the society of the rule of a present monopolistic capital. However, they can be only rows as for the whitewashing though there are neither the determination nor a view. Therefore, it only is cheated only of the lip service and exists.

For the worker, "Administrative reformation" is essentially to achieve the nation of "Inexpensive", thoroughly cutting down and reducing non-social cost which is the minus for the advancement of the society (on the other hand, secure necessary expense). However, a bourgeois political party and the petty bourgeois political party at the present age do not try never to do this (No! they cannot do). They will oppose it if actually facing. Such parties chorus "Administrative reformation" largely, when they face the election. Therefore, the worker's being not able to confide them is nature.

For instance, the Japanese Communist Party is talking plausibly that even if the cost etc. of welfare are not decreased, a financial rebuilding is possible by reducing military expense etc. A definite struggle of the worker class and cornering a bourgeois nation thoroughly is necessary to decrease military expense of a bourgeois nation even in some measure -- because military expense is essential for a bourgeois nation and affects the existence -- the Japanese Communist Party completely has neither the particular determination nor the view. This party also is only competing for "Commitment" only of the lip service and an ideal policy with other bourgeois political parties.

Actually, why can the Japanese Communist Party that is loudly not inferior to the bourgeois and the right wing shouting that the Senkaku islands are territory of Japan in the Senkaku islands problems, promise to reduce the Self Defense Forces definitely even in some measure?

'A strong army should exist to defend "Territory". Otherwise, even the Senkaku Islands and the Takeshima might be able to be enclosed in the foreign country.' This is "Common sense (the Japanese Communist Party is boasting that only we have this more than about an eternal day)" in the world with which bourgeois nations fight and conflict, is not it? Just because of that, Ozawa advocates "usual" nation with a strong army of independence.

The Japanese Communist Party insists that government only has to reduce the Self Defense Forces and rebuild national finance, though admits and affirms existence as a bourgeois nation and shouts that the Senkaku islands etc. are the territories in Japan. They are thoroughly self-contradicted. If the Japanese Communist Party stands in the standpoint of a bourgeois nation -- this standpoint is exposed by roaring that Senkaku islands are the territory in Japan --, the Japanese Communist Party should insist on making of military power of Japan powerful. Otherwise, even if their insistences are criticized for demagogy too, any refutation won't do. Because they express the abandonment of the Japan-U.S. security treaty agreement and says that it is original to rely on military power of the United States of unhappiness in Japan.

The Japanese Communist Party should emphasize making the Self Defense Forces to powerful, not to reduce the Self Defense Forces. Otherwise, this petty bourgeois party cannot never do the beginning and end saying as consistent.



Can workers fight by "Citizens principles"?



When electing total three years ago, "Life person" was discussed noisily. I hear, "Key word" of the election at this time is "Citizens". The Democratic Party of Japan hoists this and the New Frontier Party does not forget to sell the flattery to the citizens principles either.

It is clear that such meaningless slogans bring, because the Japan New Party that progressed hoisting "Life person" three years ago played a very negligent, reactionary role and dismantled oneself. Slogan "Citizens" that is extolled now any guarantee that does not play the same role does not exist.

Actually, "Citizens principles" at the present age is dwarf, empty and ugly very much. As it brandishes an individual principle, on the other hand, it depends on the nation in a convenient place (it thoroughly beautifies and justifies a bourgeois nation often). If the citizens ideologists take round an individual principle, they should be faithful to their own principle to the last minute and should not temporize to the their own sworn enemy (they say so) such as nations.

Moreover, they deny any sense of values that they say that it is "Ideology". However they are conceited that only their sense of values -- thorough dwarfishness and petty bourgeois target to the core -- are absolutely correct.

What is called the citizens ideologists were the citizens ideologists in the true sense of the word because they deny the political party and the organization. However they are desperately demanding even the protection of the nation for reinforcing and making to continue their organization. They are not conscious how even own to contradict oneself.

We will keep exposing that the Democratic Party of Japan that hoists "Citizens principles" is how self-contradicted and an ugly, bourgeois political party to the last minute. What such a confused, empty and flimsy party spreads plausibly, is one reflection and expression that this bourgeois society is certainly deepening corruption too.

Naoto Kan who is one of representatives of the Democratic Party of Japan is muttered, "When the division bluster starts on the day, I do not understand somehow" though increases because of the election the seat of the Democratic Party of Japan.

He has the reason enough by should the worry about this. The assembly disease patients who concentrate on the Democratic Party of Japan are all each political party is divided and the party who is wandering in a lot of political parties, that is, the maneuver and opportunism persons who are inconstant and do not have sincerity for doing usually to disappoint and to be disappointed. "Democratic" politics that is corrupted.



The result of the total election is thought for the political party which absolutely occupies many not to come into existence and nor for the age of a chaotic coalition government to be going to continue. A certain view after total election has not come into view yet.

Do the Liberal Democratic Party occupy a lot of relativity and manage to keep maintaining the regime by concentrating the Social Democratic Party and the New Party SAKIGAKE, etc. (and, dropping from the New Frontier Party and partial of the Democratic Party of Japan)? Or, do the New Frontier Party etc. obtain an unexpected seat and approach the seat of powers?

Does non-Liberal Democratic Party's union regimes result again as the Democratic Party of Japan conspires with the New Frontier Party if it is assumed that the continuance of the coalition government which centers on the Liberal Democratic Party is doubtful? Does all of they finally arrive at a powerful conservative parties union regime overwhelmingly if useless?

No matter how the result of the election becomes, the people do not trust all the political parties. This experience of three years was not useless at all. "People" general learnt whether various political parties, that is, bourgeois political party and petty bourgeois political parties were existence which cheated very and was ugly to say nothing of the worker.

In such current states, political distrust of such deep "People" will be likely to flow surely with the universe toward the fascism if an economic panic like 1930's attacks Japan.

It is only a worker political party to be able to exceed this situation which consistently defends the class standpoint and fights. Worker's problem is to aim at reinforcement thorough of the Socialist Workers Party of Japan.
