The reason that it become saying now in Japan the tyranny of the United States or the victim consideration being active and the assailant consideration thin in the United States is, needless to say, Japan has become an imperialist nation and has been becoming "to speak mind" Japan to the United States. It might be the evidence that the monopolistic capital power of Japan began to consider the United States as a bourgeois nation and an imperialist nation of "equal."


The essence of the imperialist nation United States has been concealed by the Japanese Communist Party and the "progressive" intelligentsia, who are the fraudulent intelligentsia not revolutionary at all and only of liberal. The World War II has been considered as not the imperialist war but the war of fascist power versus democratic power in the first, while the bourgeois democracy has been considered as the absolute and the "democratic" society of Japan after the war, which is actually the class society ruled by the monopolistic capital, has been beautified, the country that brought it to Japan was USA in the second. The United States was just "the benefactor" and not the object of criticism.


Though the Communist Party has only criticized the United States from the standpoint of nationalism by the diagram named the United States ruleing Japan militarily and politically, however, the criticism to the United States could do nothing but have made itself to stunted as they voluntarily has praised "democracy" and "free" more and more, and have become to make it to the absolute one.

The criticism by the Communist Party was directed only to "the Security Treaty system," this meant the system of the United States would not to be made to the problem too much if Japan would become "Independent." Actually the Communist Party corrupted as talking, "If the Security Treaty will be annulled, we will build a healthy relation with the United States on the equal standpoint, too."


However, it has come into view for Japan (the monopolistic capital) becoming the world large country and an imperialist nation now that the United States speech and behavior go up in goodness by itself, and are arrogant and insensitive to "the Negative outlook on the history" of itself.

And if we criticize the imperialist war, we should criticize the rule of the monopolistic capital and the nation becoming the cause of the war. And if we critisize the nation of the monopolistic capital, it is necessary to criticize the present nation of Japan or the United States. It is necessary to confirm this nation also should change to a fascism nation and a nation to start an imperialist war under some condition.


We should be thorough to here and should deepen our recognition to the place where in order to get rid of such as the fascism, the 731 forces, the comfort women, the atomic bombs, the Vietnam War and so on, it is necessary to abolish the nation of the monopolistic nation. And, we can call our recognition as the recognition of truth only after we reach here.

Of course the problem here is not the ethics, that is, the possession method of persons' minds but a one of practice, that is, the social practice actions by which overthrow the rule of monopolistic capital. The chat about the "ethics" under the war is only the empty self-satisfaction. Actually, might it exist more clear thing than that if we would say the fascist, the militarist, and the imperialist who are fighting the imperialist war "to behave moral," it does hardly have the practicing meaning.
