Business Is Severely Prohibited Against An Only Party Member.

A Concept Called A Socialist Market Economy Is Contradictory.

Systematical contradiction at a socialist market economy develops.

Of course, a thought one called a socialist market economy doesn't form a sense. This is the thought that Stalin discovered. He says like the next. A commodity production at the inside of socialism system of USSR is not negated. For an opposite, socialism of USSR can develop further if being able to make a commodity production develop.

A so-called socialist state collapsed. However Stalinism like this thought developed the most in the former USSR and the eastern Europe. Then today, a similar thought spreads at China and Vietnam. Of course, Japanese communist party also is a believer of this thought.

However a worldwide worker declares as follows. A thought one called a socialist market economy that means a combination of socialism and a commodity production is a fiction or a opportunism. This thought doesn't have a common point with socialism. This is infantile ideology that reflects a reality of state capitalism.

Socialism negates a system to press profit hard. Socialism means a negation of capitalism after all. Socialism negates a market economy, a commodity production and a private ownership. These thought was a fundamental principal of socialism.

Market economy and a comodity production are the base of capitalism and not objective concepts to capitalism. Then, a market economy has been always growing the capitalism. It is impossible to cut the relatinship between capitalistic production and comodity production. The thought bonding a market economy with socialism is wrong. This thought symbolize a degenerative state of a current communism movement, Stalinist movement.

In Vietnam, a senior member of the party warned against developing market economy. This content is becoming a big problem. Recently one notification that a communist party member should not participate in the capitalistic business was presented.

The reason is the following. The corruption of communist party member became worse, for example a communist party member run for making a profit making use of a power and a position in the communist party.

This restriction reflects the reality in which a communist party member become decadent through economical liberalization and a conservative group is thinking to correct the deterioration of a morality in the party member.

A conservative group preaches the morality.The contents is as followes.The communist party member should represent benefit of a state and a working class and should not exploit other man. A communist party member should not participate in a capitalistic enterprise activity .

However this may be itself contradictory. A conservative group advises to prohibit a party member to do business. This means that the business is anti -moral. On the otherhand they say to people except for party menber to do the business.Why do they authorize and recommend to do the business?

If business is largely significant for developing a production power and should be recommended socially, a conservative group should not exclude a party member from business. What conservative group say is contradictory.

�@ Not only unjust business and speculative business getting excessive profit but also ordinal business were prohibited against a party member. This notification is disordered and strange.

�@ Many party member are not directly related to a power of communist party. They are living as a ordinal person among the people. The notification from party compel them not to do the business and recommend the ordinal person to do the business.

An instruction of a communist party discloses that Vietnam is bourgeois society similar to an ordinal bourgeois society. Vietnam isn't a socialist society and is a kind of capitalistic society. Now Vietnam is disclosing the essence of capitalism more and more.

On the other hand capitalism is freely recommended in China. And communist party in China doesn't emphasize that party menber should not participate to do the business.

Now the reforming a state-owned enterprise is eagely discussing in China. The content is as followes. To develop a stock system and behave as a enterprise is very important for an efficiency in production and the development of the productive power .

Associating with advancing a stock system of a state-owned enterprise, a state-owned enterprise become actually private-owned enterprise. As a result, a foundation of socialism is supposed to be broken. The discussion about ownership like these opinions was done recently. But an instructive division in China decided to finish these barren discussions and advance a market economy.

At any rate, Chinese "socialism " is in a junior class still. With this step, market economy are inevitable and necessary to advance. China must go making a market economy develop. This thought may reflect Chinese unique situation in comparison to Vietnam.

However there is no qualitative differences in economic system between China and Vietnam. There is only a differencies between development phases of each state capitalism. It is inevitability that China chases behind USSR ( Russia ) and Vietnam also chases behind China.

Worker in the world must throw away the untrue concept like a socialist market economy. We can't find any socialistic object in this concept. The socialistic elements which remain a little in USSR and China were negated clearly. In the near future Vietnam may admit business for a party member.

We strive for disclosing the bourgeois character of a present false-communism ( Japan communist party represent this thought in Japan). We clearly declare that present false-communism has nothing to do with true socialism and the release of working class.
