WORLDWIDE SCALE CAPITALISM

Worker See Beyond Capitalism



Praising capitalism is prosperous. This content is as follows. The capitalistic method was useful for mankind. Capitalism system was the only way for economic development and people's happiness. These were proved through the 20th century. On the other hand, a socialistic method like experiences in USSR and China failed and collapsed. After all the period of worldwide capitalism begin in the 21st century. Now economic liberalization and globalization are the main stream toword the 21 th century. Nobody can stop this streaming or change the direction of this stream. Marxian experiment in the 20th century only turned back the capitalistic development which is the only road to the happiness of mankind several decades. Then this experiment brought about only declined economy. An economical development can succeed in the poorest area on the earth only through a capitalistic method.

In short the ideology of cheering capitalism is prosperous. Let's introduce one of the representatives. Geoffrey Sacks, professor of Herbert University, says like the following. In the 20th century one third of mankind are living under socialism. 40 % of the world population belongs to the 3rd world which is not under the capitalism and not under the socialism. Only 25 % of the population in the world are living under the capitalism(presented by Japanese economic newspaper ' September 15th ). But now 90 % of mankind are living undere the capitalism.

He says that China which is the largest state belongs to the capitalism. What a oppotunistic his thinking is. Why dose he exclude USSR and the 3rd World from capitalism if adding current China for capitalism. He praises the capitalism willingly and takes out a conclusion like the next. 'According to the International Money Foundation ( IMF ), growth rate of General Domestic Production ( GDP ) in developmental countries is over 4.5 % as an annual rate though the average of an annual rate from 1979 to 1988 showed 2.0 % . If we can maintain the present growth rate and get higher growth rate, the period of the worldwide capitalism may become most hopeful period in the modern history.' What the incredible insistence this opinion is. He doesn't know a historic limitation of the capitalism and also the deep contradiction at all. Or he definitely underestimates these limitations and contradictions. He doesn't understand the next. In the 20th century USSR, China and 3rd World also were not other systems with capitalism. These states were only special forms of capitalism or maldeveloped forms as capitalistic states. Consequently 3rd world were a part of worldwide capitalism. He doesn't understand these contents. These states cut themselves from the main stream of the capitalism.

Let's estimateUSSR and China in tne 20th century. They could not find the way to liberal economic development. So they chose the way to the state capitalism which didn't introduce socialistic development. Because there were many problems. For example Europe, North America and Japan control the world. He forgets the following fact and indulges in the selfish argument. In the 20th century Inperialism , monopoly capital and monopoly state control the world.

The present USSR and China are areappearing as a big capitalistic country in the world. The liberalist also recognize this fact. This situation is due to a result of a people revolution ( 1917 in Russia , 1949 in China ) and the development of state capitalism which were called Stalin system or Motakuto system . Other state like India which avoided such a revolution took being behind USSR and China. These may be a clear reason why USSR and China are appearing as big capitalistic countries.

A worker doesn't have any opposite opinion to the fact that in the 21st century the capitalistic world of an earth scale appeare. But this shows that the class struggle and fight toward to the socialism develops with a worldwide scale simultaneously. This also show that worldwide socialism appears as a real practicing task for mankind. Bourgeois doesn't understand a true meaning of a worldwide appearance of the capitalism. This can't think exceeding a capitalistic frame at all. They are indulging in the fantasy that the capitalism continue permanently. We must teach the results of worldwide scale capitalism for this decayed intelligentsia.

Capitalistic development of Asia ,South and Central America are fast at a present. Capitalistic development in this region is giving birth and bringing up a large quantity of industry worker. If considering that 30 % of working force population in these regions engages in the manufacturing industry like Japan during high economic growth period, 7 billions industry workers appeare with a rash. If comparing it with a figure of manufacturing industry worker in Europe, North America and Japan which is approximately 1.2 billions, the significance of this figure is infinitely large and deep. Though perfectly stupid bourgeois intelligentsia can just talk about worldwide scale capitalism, they can't talk about the significance of the contradiction and class srtruggle. This shows the limitation of them who don't belongs to worker class. They only try to discuss the future of mankind from a narrow and undersized point of view in which any system is most suitable for economic development. However a worker exceeds a limitation of bourgeois and thinks about a future of mankind, an ultimate release of mankind and after all an ideal society of mankind not as our ideal argument. Therefore only worker class is more superior to vulgar borgeois and a liberal intelligentsia .And only the progressive class can seek a fortune of mankind.
