Ugly Faithful Service To A Bourgeois State

Fuwa ' declaration of Japanese territoriality of the Kuril Islands

@

Tetsuzo Fuwa (chairperson of JCP ) commented on the problem of the Kuril Islands ,and brings an assertion that as for the territorial negotiations, it is the greatest heart of it is to improve the Stalin's tyranny( a lecture at the Nippon Kisha Club).

By Fuwa's opinion, the Kuril Islands subject to Japan by nature, and firstly , the problem is that Stalin demanded this chain of islands through the negotiations with America and England, and made Soviet Union ' own ,on the conditions of participation in the war at the end of the second World War and second problem is that after the war ,Japanese government demanded a restoration of Kunashiri Island and Etorofu Island from a wrong viewpoint that " South Kuril is not the Kuril Islands ".

He is consistently says as follows ;the Kuril Islands in general subject to Japan so,Japan must assert its possession and Japanese government lean over and straddle a political question by conceding own principle for getting four Islands.

Here Fuwa behaves as a bourgeoisie beyond bourgeoisie , that is ,protector of a national profit and candid nationalist .

He is indifferent that Japan could absorb the Kuril Islands in 19 century ( or at most in 18 century as a result of appearing as a state of bourgeoisie , so its ground is not clear and can't be clear , still more many regions which Japan considers own territories are able to claimed by another countries asserting them their territories.

Fuwa insists that the territory is an absolute thing and ,that is to say he insists the bourgeois state is absolute. In this case ,he enters as a complete " bourgeois "and it is equally true in all the nationalist . Because , for bourgeois nationalist the state is absolute and eternal.

He attributes the problem as a " tyranny " of Stalin , but it is not the Stalin's character that in the end of the second World War , Soviet Union , in haste ,took part in the war against Japan( like a thief at a fire ) and " stole " the territory , but is the problem of the system of Soviet Union , the problem of national capitalism .

In this sense Stalin 's policy of territory exploses the character of the war of Soviet Union . Fuwa considered the war for the Soviet Union in the second World War , as the righteous war, in the certain sense , the liberation war protecting the democratic world by overthrowing the power of fascism .But how Fuwa changes his estimation of the second World War after concluding that the Soviet Union was not socialism ?

Why the righteous war had ended bringing the rob of the territory ? Fuwa can't give a rational explication to the question ,deviating far from Marxism and historical materialism by judging that it was the influence of Stalin 's personal " bad " character .

At the epoch when Fuwa and JCP idealized Stalin ,they didn't give the least hint of the Kuril Islands .Far from criticizing Stalin ,they chattered this and that the significance that the Kuril Islands were added to the Soviet Union .

But the more they reveal themselves as a bourgeois nationalist ,the more , all of a sudden ,they cry that the Kuril Islands subject to Japan ,the Soviet Union is negligent and they must be returned to Japan , and Japanese Government is weak -kneed etc. How shameless they are !

Fuwa has considered that the role of the Soviet Union done in the second World War ,not imperialistic but progressive by overthrowing the fascism .And now Fuwa and JCP don't change this " definition " of the War. If so ,why the " change of territory " which is not progressive was made during the progressive War of Soviet Union ? Fuwa can't answer to this question except running away to the ideal view of history saying that Stalin ' s character was bad . What , in the world , is Marxism scattered having a knowing look by him H

It is needless to say that Imperialism of the Soviet Union is " unjust " . But we want to emphasize protesting to Fuwa that the Imperialism of the Soviet Union was not " unjust ",but Imperialism of Japan was also " unjust " -more than Soviet Union -,and we must explose seriously our own country ' criminal acts and savageries done by our own governing classes. If we propose the " principle of not extending territory" or we talk about Stalin ' s " tyranny " ,lacking this point of view ,we are to surrender to the nationalists and serve to the reactionists after all .

The role done by Fuwa is very evident .The more he becomes the servant of bourgeoisie ,the more he cries even nationalism and by this he proves himself an ugly faithful servant for bourgeoisie.
