Unemployed' fights were suppressed.

French leftist regime by which reactionary is bared


Unemployed' fights extend in France. Unemployed' fights that was demanded the lump sum provision etc. and started last December developed into the occupation struggle of a public organization in various places and developed the demonstration of several thousand person scale in Paris and Marseilles on January 7.

The unemployment problem was the maximum issue in the total election in the summer of last year. The people entrusted the solution to "Left" regime.

Anything has not gone up yet in a concrete result though the regime clarified the policy of an employment increase by the working hour shortening either (Work for 35 hours during week and Employment creation of 350,000 persons). There are 3,000,000 unemployed, the unemployment rate does not change at 12% level of two digits. Even the increasing tendency shows the long-term unemployed. Finally angry of the unemployed as dissatisfaction spouted.

A main demand of the unemployed is as follows. (1)Provide the lump sum for all unemployed at once at the end of the year of 3,000 francs.(2)Pile 1,500 francs on the basic unemployment allowance. (3)Apply the RMI system to as many as 25 years old or less. Etc. Because a present unemployment allowance is about 2,300 francs per month, minimum their demands on life might be clear.

However because the labor union of the Socialist Party system was managing unemployment insurance as a manager, small number of "leftist" regimes of Josupan criticized and excluded it by the riot squad with the movement of the sect. Josupan demanded the achievement and excluded the standing up worker in the riot squad though pounded to the regime voluntarily hoisting the solution of the unemployment problem to the commitment. It was exposed how their becoming "Solution of the employment problem" commitments were negligent.

It is own contradiction to criticize the policy participating in a "leftist" regime though France Communist Party is declaring the support of the unemployed to the fight. Of course, this problem was the maximum issue in not the partial one but the total election of last year and France Communist Party also is sharing the responsibility to the unemployment policy of the Josupan regime.

The unemployed who boiled and had done the industry to the lack of policy of the government gathered by 3,000-5,000 unemployed French Ministry of Finance etc. ago on the seventh and did the demonstration
march. A part of group forced their way in station premises and retarded the arrival and departure of the long distance train. 'Red flag'(Japanese Communist Party organization paper) tells the demonstration on the seventh as follows.

"The unemployed repeated yelling 'Make Nota the unemployed!' and 'Resign Oburi!' in chorus for Chairman Nota UNEDIC (Secretary-general CFDT of Socialist Party system) who speaks, 'The unemployed are being
manipulated by CGT (France Communist Party system)' and Oburi employment aspect to pierce nail to occupation struggle. The appearance of people who appealed for the crossing act written, 'Live! ' and the placard written for myself, 'No money of eating!' to the hand with tears was noticeable."

In that case, France Communist Party should protest promptly against a "leftist" regime and leave from powers. Though 3,000,000 unemployed and the life poverty persons, that is, 7,000,000 persons are left and
as for cannot the support of the worker of the regime suppressed in violence, the unemployed who protested against it are clear because of the riot squad. France Communist Party's participating in such a regime  bears the fantasy to a "leftist" regime and confuses and dismantles worker's fight.

For only about one month ago, Now, bourgeois essence of the Josupan regime is clear though France  Communist Party was beautifying a "leftist" regime as a summary of a leftist regime during half a year
"It can be evaluated that it is affirmative". Failure and the betrayal of the improvement principle and the principle of entering the cabinet of France Communist Party were exposed!

The Josupan regime admitted the negotiation opponent with a formal government the unemployed group for the first time on January 9. He promises "Urgent, social fund" to donate 1,000,000,000 francs and to be founded and is starting the conciliation plan. (The increase of a basic allowance is refused.) Dissatisfaction and disappointment at worker's leftist regime will extend. The worker will advance getting over gLeftist regime" of such a lie, and they should do so.
