How should I fight a base opposite struggle?

The reformation camp was defeated in Nago City

Takeo Kishimoto which the Liberal-Democratic Party(LDP) recommended was elected to the mayor election of the Nago City. Yoshikazu Tamaki who was supported to 'Social Democratic Party(SDP) and Japanese Communist Party(JCP)' and was propped up by governor Oota betrayed the forecast prior "Overwhelmingly advantage" and suffered a disastrous defeat. In the inhabitant vote in December last year, the heliport construction opposite sect won applying the difference of 2,300 votes or more. And, they might have spoken based on the Nago citizens -- this is the citizens in a usual meaning of the word. It is not the citizens (abstract, bourgeois individual) in the meaning which a foolish civicism person is praising. And, it might have been then enough.

If Oota does not do that declaration, the support of the citizens might concentrate on the candidate of the heliport refusal further (because the possibility of the heliport construction rises if he does not do so. The governor might misunderstand Nago citizens' intentions to which a military base is opposite because he shakes if Kishimoto wins.) and Tamaki win and the government LDP will have fallen into the predicament further.

Actually, trivial act which SDP and JCP, Oota did, that is, quite extra act presented victory to Kishimoto. Therefore, to fight against the base is to oppose the rule of the monopolistic capital which is the cause of ultimateness of the militarism and to fight in the base of the present age and the army toward liberating of the worker. This conclusion that it is necessary to do so is naturally caused.
