The "Handshake" between the Japanese Communist Party and the Chinese Communist Party
As the result that both have been degenerated in the bourgeois
The Japanese Communist Party is praising themselves and advertising actively that the thing to be reconsiled with the Chinese Communist Party after an interval of 32 years as a mervelous and historical heroic deed.
However, why does the thing that the Japanese Communist Party became to collude to the Chinese Communist Party again becomes the reason bubbling over particularly? A foolish party cannot boast nothing but a foolish thig.
Moreover, the Japanese Communist Party "found" that the "National defense policy" of China was thoroughly peaceful at once as soon as having decided to collude to the Chinese Communist Party.
For instance, 'The Red Flag' on July 28 praised and admired the new national defense paper of China as if to be the a new manifesto of world peace.
According to Fuwa Tetuzo, the Chinese Communist Party has been a mass of "Hegemonism" and a nation scattered a military threat to the surrounding countries without reserve up to now.
However, this nation appears at once as a peaceful nation, the ideal nation of the Japanese Communist Party afer dawning a night. What an amazing politics it is!

However, we are not surprised. Because such a "Sudden change" of attitude or evaluation is the Stalinist's commonplace way of doing, and it is the consistent one and is one that does not change after the Stalin's evaluation to Hitler, the beautification of Hitler and the tie-up and the alliance with Hitler.
Fuwa went to China, and went into raptures because he was said "The Japanese Communist Party has a lot of common points with us in such as the opposition to military agreement." However, he does not understand that the standpoint of "opposition to military alliance" does not contradict to the hegemonism of the Chinese ruling stratum at all and the opposition to military alliance is only a temporal standpoint and policy which comes out from the present profit of the bourgeois ruling stratum of China.
Thus, Tetuzo Fuwa has indicted the Chinese Communist Party as to be "Hegemonism" up to now only as long as the party interfered to the Japanese Communist Party. (The Japanese Communist Party is degenerating in the bourgeois. But, was not the "Intervention," that is, the criticizing itself right?) The Communist Party was evaluating the policy of the Chinese Communist Party (That is, the nation of China) only from such a sectarian standpoint.
Therefore, it is also natural that the reason has lost to criticize the Chinese Communist Party as a "Party of hegemonism" and a party of reactionary (or rather a ruling party of a bourgeois large country) as soon as the Chinese Communist Party begin to flatter to the Japanese Communist Party and begin to make much of it.
Fuwa who visited China evaluated and sent a yell, "The socialistic market economy that China is advancing is the first program in history." The Japanese Communist Party has talked about socialism as the market economy and has thoroughly mutilated socialism to the direction of bourgeois for a long time, and now, the Japanese Communist Party has lost the reason to oppose the Chinese Communist Party also in this respect.
The Japanese Communist Party is expressing the "Relation establishment" with South Korea and the bourgeois nation in Asia, and entreating to open 'The Red Flag' branch to apply to the bourgeois ruling stratum of these nations. The association with the Chinese Communist Party might be understood from the same level as such "Bourgeois diplomacy."
If it is assumed so, it is consistent in a sense. That is, in the point of considering the Chinese Communist Party to be essentially the same class power as the bourgeois ruling stratum in Asian nations.
However, these things only teach the fact that the Japanese Communist Party and the Chinese Communist Party beautifying and protecting the "market economy" are quit equal in the respect that both have been degenerated in the bourgeois, and just therefore they could "reconcile" and agree with each other.
They both have substituted "market economy," that is, capitalism, for socialism. Just therefore, they could approach mutually and shake hands after an interval of 32 years, it also exposes the complete dismantlement and disappearance of such as "the International communist movement."
