A fantasy of making non-nucleus of Northeast Asia.
Counterattack the stunted liberalistic opinion!
The fantasy that it is possible to reach to the nuclear abolition by making and expanding non-nuclear zone is being scattered actively.
The editorial of 'The Asahi News paper'(August 12) prints the opinion "Make the Northeast Asia non-nucleus" from being touched off by the atomic bomb dropping anniversary of Hiroshima and Nagasaki or from the shock of the recent nuclear test of India and Pakistan. The conclusion is following.
"Expanding non-nuclear zone to the world, encircling the nuclear possession country, and reach to the abolition of the nucleus. -- Japan should stand at the head."
The editorial has the misgivings about the possession of North Korea of the atomic bomb from 1 to 3 already and the nuclear possession of India and Pakistan might cause "the chain reaction" of the nuclear weapon possession in Northeast Asia. If North and South Korea would run to arm oneself with nuclear weapons, there is no guarantee that Japan would not follow to it either, so and so.
On the other hand, it says that there is a worry to the nuclear armament of Japan in China and South Korea. Japan has already saved enough plutonium and has developed the technology and the power of production of the nuclear weapon manufacturing enough.
The liberalistic public opinion shouts, therefore, it is important to achieve the making non-nucleus of the northeast Asia. However, why is it the making non-nucleus only in a partial region?
Even if we would make Japan and North-South Korea to non-nucleus, it is only that. These kinds of things will be sure hardly to have any practical meaning if the nuclear big country such as the United States, Russia, and China is as it is now. There is no guarantee that it will be reach to the making of world wide non-nucleus.
The Making to non-nucleus in such a meaning might be the one that the nuclear big countries such as the United States, Russia, and China support very much and rather recommend. It is far from not contradicting the nuclear nonproliferation agreement system that the large country is promoting, but rather it agrees and fits to it.
If India, Pakistan and North Korea, and Japan arm oneself with nuclear weapons, the purpose of it is the profit of each nation exactly. Any bourgeois nation will be never able to escape from the temptation of nuclear armament as long as this obstinate "national interest" remains.
The purpose of such as the United States pressing the nuclear nonproliferation agreement against all over the world is the "national interest" of these large countries and not to abolish the nuclear weapon in the world. For the large country, it is their profit that the nations all over the world keep not having the nuclear weapon and only their several countries have.
Even if the large country with a huge nuclear weapon for own world rule tell not to have the nuclear weapon to another country it has never the persuasive power at all, it might be similar that the United States and Britain accomplishing the imperialistic rule shouted to Germany and Japan "Not to be imperialist" at prewar days but it was completely powerless.
To begin with, it is a fantasy to be able to win the nuclear weapon abolition without considering the rule of the monopolistic capital, the nation, the imperialist system, and without touching the basis of the system.
The putty bourgeoisie who expresses the nuclear weapon abolition says the difference of the nuclear weapon and the usual arms. However, the imperialists, the nations of the monopolistic capital do not admit any essential distinction between the two. The nuclear weapon is only the strangely efficient and relatively cheaper arms for them.
If we cannot abolish the usual arms, we will not be able to abolish the nuclear weapon. Oppositely, if the nuclear weapon abolition is possible even under the rule of the present monopolistic capital, the usual arms, the arms general will be able to be abolished.
However, the cowardly and contradicted petty bourgeois express the abolition of the nuclear weapon, but they never bring the abolition of arms general, and therefore also the abolition of the rule of the monopolistic capital into question and can never. They know that if they express the abolition of the usual arms, the arms general, they will bump the foundation contradiction of the rule of monopolistic capital at the present age, so they deliberately avoid the problem of the usual arms.
If we take up the problem of the usual arms with the same meaning of the nuclear weapon, we face the problem of the rule of the Japanese monopolistic capital at once, so they exaggerate the nuclear weapon, but keep silence about the problem of the usual arms that is as dangerous as the former, the armament with the usual arms of which the Japanese bourgeois nation is reinforcing every day.
They do never expose and criticize the Self Defense Forces in Japan and the most new and powerful armament. By chance, they might affirm and support them assuming that it is the one for the "Defense of Japan," and the one profitable and necessary.
If so, these putty bourgeois and liberalists who take up and make noise only about the nuclear weapon will be the maximum cheating person and swindler.
Moreover, they bring up such as the making of non-nucleus of Northeast Asia, and scatter a malignant fantasy whether it leads to eliminating the nuclear weapon, and obscure and conceal the duty of working class, that is, the problem that the nuclear weapon is not and cannot be abolished without overthrowing the monopolistic capital.
However, even if the making of the Northeast Asia to non-nucleus becomes possible (Though it is so improbable), such thing will be a mere temporary consolation or will have only the role concealing that this world is the imperialism world.
It is only by a historical, realistic condition that such things become possible. For instance, as well as Switzerland has existed long time as a neutral nation, it is as the region at the crenelation of the imperialistic mighty nations, as a buffer zone, so it might be an existence as a bubble of history. The neutral standpoint of the "small country" such as Belgium and Poland -- the one to be approved internationally or not -- has been easily trampled, disregarded, denied by the world mighty nations, by the conveniences, so it is too clear that it is not worth the trust of the workers.
