We denounce the lawless national terrorism of the United States.
It exposed the nature of imperialism nation.
Clinton attacked the seven places in Afghanistan and Sudan with cruise missile without either a previous notice or warning.
He said that the purpose is to retaliate against the attack of the terrorist organization in Arab to the American embassy and killing a lot of Americans. Clinton is shouting that any method may be permitted to the terrorism organization being barbarous and not choosing the means.
Though he declared firmly grasping the evidence that the opponent of the attack is the criminal of the embassy blast, but no one confirmed the evidence excluding the rule person in the United States of course.
Moreover, though Clinton shouted that there was "unmoved evidence of planning a new attack," he could not show any concrete "Evidence" also even in this.
"The Evidence" that Clinton says has not any objectivity so far and it might be complete false. Does not the rule person do any unsophisticated to defend own powers and have done up to now?
If it would be exposed as complete false, the one that the military action aimed has been achieved already, so there do not cause any embarrass thing for the imperialist. It is that after us the deluge!
About the factory in Sudan attacked militarily by the United States with assuming that it made chemical arms -- without any previous notice, warning, and "Declaration of war," that is, quite dirty "Surprise attack" -- the president in Sudan is declaring mere a medicine factory. Can the United States really criticize the "Pearl harbor" of Japan after such "Surprise attack"?

The root of his repulsion to the United States might be the nationalistic repulsion hidden in the religion rather than the feelings of "bringing disgrace" on the nation where Mecca and Medina, the sacred ground in Arab is, the religious feelings. The American imperialism bears repulsion everywhere in the world.
Clinton declared to confront terrorism decisively, but their military attack itself is a large-scale terrorism and it does not differ from the terrorism of Arab organization essentially. It is only distinguished that Clinton's terrorism is a national terrorism.
Do you say which is the bad between the terrorism of Arab fundamentalist, nationalist and the national terrorism of imperialist? Anyway, it might be evident that the one being the root of the terrorism battle is the imperialistic world rule of the American nation.
The terrorism of the radical nationalist is the bourgeois (or, petty bourgeois) repulsion to the imperialistic rule of the United States, and we confirm the limit for this reason.
The United States exposed the imperialism essence by answering "Individual" or "Private" terrorism in national terrorism. Clinton's terrorism came out from the essence of the nation named the United States and not a chance mistake at all.
Moreover, there is even doubting that this national terrorism is the movement to avert attention from Clinton's woman scandal ("Immorality doubt") and to defend his interests. It is said that he aimed at the recovery of own popularity dropped to ground and wished to show the "Existence meaning" by taking the forcing posture for terrorism. Clinton has shown the nature as the vulgar man of power.
The nation which does the terrorism act to another country because of regaining the lost authority and the maintenance of powers, the nation of which violence is recognized officially and connived as the leader in the world, the nation which carries through its own way with tyranny, it is the United States, the "Democratic" nation.
We recall that experience at prewar days, the military fascist in Japan carried out the quite similar plot to China, they expanded the invasion to China more and more with the excuse of the resistance of Chinese people and by broadcasting it as incorrect attack to Japan.
The democratic nation United States is the nation which indulges to a plot which is quite similar to the one of military Fascist nation, the nation which attacks another country militarily to avert the criticism to the president's scandals.

It dispatches 20 or 30 thousands of army and maintains powerful fleet containing two aircraft carriers near the Middle East, where is the important region in oil resource and the "order" of this region should be maintained by trying every means for the United States. The missile attack at this time is being launched by this powerful fleet.
The United States is not only the nation that exploits the world by using the dollar rule and the financial hegemony but also the nation that suppresses and makes the world obedient to itself by powerful military power, an imperialism nation. It is necessary to overthrow this world rule and it might be overthrown. -- Though we cannot say clearly still now when and in what shape it will be carried out, but at least it might be certain that this hegemony will be overthrown and eliminated by the fight of the worker and people in the world at someday.
The military action of the United States has a special meaning in the meaning of having clarified the imperialism essence of the American nation to the workers all over the world, though this nation is indulging to chatting about free and democracy, and the guardian deity in in the lip service and justifies own "illegal" military action and the act of national terrorism.
The Japanese Communist Party is emphasizing that the military action of the United States is "incorrect" and it should be solved by nonmilitary method, that is, by the soul of international law and by negotiation even if the terrorism of Arab is not right.
This betty bourgeois party obscures and confuses the extremely essential problem that the present world is the imperialism world still now, this imperialism has resulted from the rule of monopolistic capital and has grown up there. Even if we would demand negotiation to the imperialists, it might whether be meaningless or not be done. Even if the imperialists talk mutually, it is the thing how they allot the world rule to each and where in the world do they divide to rule mutually, and the limit is not exceeded essentially.
The Japanese Communist Party believes the rational existence and the rational behavior of the imperialists and has an unlimited fantasy to the imperialists after all. They expect and depend on the imperialists, and on the other hand they shout to be able to solve all the contradiction and the difficulty caused from imperialism, the problems of the nuclear weapon, the ethnic "Dispute," the repulsion and struggle against the imperialistic exploitation and rule.
