Bush Refused the Kyoto Protocol
He Declared Openly the Pissing Away of Carbon Dioxide

George Bush expressed non-support for "the Kyoto protocol" which declared CO2 (carbon dioxide) reduction, and declared to leave from that. It is "U.S. economy and energy crisis", the profit of U.S. bourgeoisie that he worries. "Earth environment" became to face a serious crisis by the U.S. "national interest" or by the egoism of U.S. large capital now. This will be a serious warning for the 21st century of mankind.

Bush tald at the press conference on March 29 like following.
"To tell on the problem of carbon dioxide, I will not do anything to injure our national economy at all. Because I give my top priority to the U.S. people. I am anxious about economy and energy. It is just the national interest to make strong an energy policy along with a realistic environment policy."
The viewpoint of Bush is too clear. That is, he wants to give the top priority to the profit of American large capital, and to American "national interest", and thinks that other things are nothing or it is subordinate to the profit.
He thinks that any kind of splendid things, even the whole mankind interests, it is nothing if against the profit of large capital and national interest. Even if the regulation of carbon dioxide is necessary and advantage for the earth and the future of mankind, it is refused if it is against U.S. large capital and national interests.
Ii is characteristic and will be what revealed the essential of one side of this century that the 21st century has started with such a open declaration of nationalism by Bush. We cannot have unconditional optimism for this century.
Actually, USA declared openly to adopt a thorough "selfish" situation and policy when the leading "major power" in the world and the standard of the nation was going to be pushed as a standard in the world (through the bourgeoisie in the world) by some excuse of "globalism".
It was revealed now that there was not a disgraceful nation absorbed in egoism like USA. And U.S. "standard" is also the thing of nations of capital in the world, that is, it is the essence of nation itself. Thus, nationalism overgrows all over the world, many nations fight and oppose eath other. The true character of nation hidden behind a beautiful mythical shade of "international cooperation" showed itself.
All is depend on the profit of a nation. Bush says that carbon dioxide regulation is against the profit of U.S. capital, but the bourgeoisie in the world can set the same reason, and they will do so.
Bush also insists it is unfairness and meaningless that there is no regulation for the developing countries. However, then he must declare the regulation for the developing country as well as that of USA, and it will be too clear that USA cannot justify the carbon dioxide discharge by such an objection for objection's sake.
Just USA "blimps out" energy, and drains a quarter of all carbon dioxide in the world.
Why was USA able to accuse Milosevic, the origin president of Yugoslavia, by the crime of nationalism? Bush is scattering the nationalism that seem to become an evil of the whole mankind, and is equally punishable and troublesome as Milosevic, too.
Bush is more harmful and danger to 100 times or 1000 times than Milosevic.
Because, differently from Milosevic, Bush is the president of number one major power in the world, and his policy will give decisive influence for the world and mankind.
Both Japanese bourgeoisie and the bourgeois in the world have been wrapped up beautifying and lifting the U.S. "standard", and they have been going to learn from it.
Free economy, more rich life, rising stock prices, a bigger house, more powerful armaments, the two-party system, ascendence of financial capital, dollar rule, the armaments reinforcement has been praised like a world "standard." However, it was revealed now that the open nationalism belongs also to USA.
And this "standard" also should be copied and followed by the bourgeoisie in the world. (It is done already?) If so, the reaction nature, the danger of rule of capital will be clearer for the future of mankind.
Bourgeoisie has shouted that the problem of "global warming" was nothing to be neglected.
It has been said that temperature increases up to several degrees in following 100 years, but it is said in a recent "new" study that it will rise near ten degrees instead of several degrees.
And it is transparent that a lot of creatures and mankind become difficult to live if temperature will increase so much.
We can underatand the inseparable relationship between the global warming and the anarchistic development of capitalistic production when we see the fact that the abnormal increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere began and has continued with the development of capitalism.
Of course we can decriminalize capitalism by rephrasing the development of capitalism with general industrial development. However, who can dare to deny the indivisible relation between the aggravation of earth environment and the rule of capital when we see the remark of Bush of this time and the remark is only the vicarious speech of the interests of U.S. monopolistic capital?
It is clear from the remark of Bush whether the interests of capital or the movements of capital has given a negative influence on the aggravation of "environment" or on fighting against the aggravation of environment. Thus, we insist that to keep permanently the earth environment is strtongly related to the swepting away the rule of capital simultaneously.
It is useless to say that the rule of capital is not the "all" causing the aggravation of earth environment. Whether it is all or not will be understood when we try. Socialism will solve it easily if it is not all and there is other factors because the powerful power like the interets of capital to prevent the solution does not exist already.
