The Afghan revival international conference was held in Japan.  The power of world large capital is to invent a bourgeois Afghan along their will with injecting 14.6 billion dollars (near 2 trillion yen) on remains of Islam radicals.  Even if this county is better and more lucky for the people than the nation of Taliban, the bourgeois character is too clear.  Many countries gathered to Japan with using large money, however, it should be expended for the starved people and the refugee of Afghan and economic revival immediately if they have such an unnecessary money.  There is nothing but such an useless conference as done for wasting and chattering, and prestige and advertising of men of power and the government of each country.

Actually, this conference is a simple demonstration, and there is not a great difference even if there held it or not.  They say that each country brought support, but such a thing can be done easily even if the exaggerated conference was not particularly opened.

This conference boiled down to be held for justify the savage and one-sided military act by U.S., and in addition, for the face and the prestige of Japanese government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that is, they maneuvered to harden and strengthen own power by presenting such a conference.

The government of each country competed for Afghan support, and  piled up money, but they could never answer the question why it was only for Afghan and how is for the other developing countries.  Japan itself recently continues to reduce largely the overseas aid costs from the budget every year on an excuse of financial collapse.  We workers must ask where came out the reason to pour money only into Afghan.

Even the security that it is for the people of Afghan is uncertain.  For example, they say to revive the great statue of Buddha of Bamiyan, but we can hardly think that the people expect the revival of Buddhism remains in the Afghan where is not besides Muslim.  Such a money is only one from expectations of the supporting countries instead of the wish of Afghan people.

In addition, they say noisily Fem Lib, but it is very unreliable to where it is accomplished under the rule of strong Islam.

We cannot deny the possibility that most of the support would disappear as smoke if only such a money would swell out and the medley nation would decay, corruption and struggle for power would overgrow, and men of power would not know the means expending the support fund effectively and would waste it or would use it for themselves.   Actually, it is still in the fog how and to what kind of power organization or group the large support money would be divided.

And, in addition, the bourgeoisie of each country calculate it with no shy, and this is clear by the support of each country is "bilateral direct support".  For example, Powell expressed a support of 300 million dollars, but he said that it is mainly "bilateral direct support", besides, the agriculture revival distributing seed through the Agency for International Development is the center, and the 60 million euro is the bilateral one among the 80 million euro that Germany expends during this year, etc.

Such things are similar to that the postwar support for Japan by U.S. was also for the profit of farmer and large monopoly of U.S., for satisfying the "demand" -- those days, war had ended and U.S. was troubled with surplus production -- , and to the "circumstances" of support country side is given priority.

The Japanese government will support 500 million dollars, an amount of money of 10% of the whole world in two and a half years (they say with exaggeration that it is 20% support), but it is a similar thing.

The bourgeoisie in the world, the imperialists hold a showy banquet and celebrate on the ruins of Islam radicals now, and the place is just "the Afghan Revival Conference" held in Japan.

The difficulties that Afghan has held in its history is going to be solved not by Afghan itself, by the fight of the people of Afghan, but by U.S. and by world great power, and the starting point of "modernization" and economic development of Afghan is going to be put.  Even if it is assumed to be one progress, it is never what it can be proud of that we cannot open up the history by a hand of oneself forward.

The Communist Party had objected to "the Retaliation War" of U.S. and had insisted that it needed "the Judgment by law" and by it we could exterminate terrorism.  It was the reason of this petite bourgeois party that terrorism disappeared from everywhere in the world if such as "the Comprehensive Prohibition Law of Terrorism" was adopted in the United Nations, and that The U.S. way did not lose terrorism but reproduced.

Because it is the same as exterminating capitalism and imperialism to get rid of terrorism and class struggle entirely, this party thinks virtually that we can substitute class struggle with a resolution of the United Nations and can extinct the rule of capital.

This ridiculous party does not know at all or pretends not to notice the fact that the excellent resolutions such as "extinction of war" or prohibition of chemical weapons have been done by international conferences many times in the history of mankind till now, but such things were powerless at all.

For terrorism of Islam radicals, this party could never distinctly explain what was "the judgment by law", "the extermination of terrorism" was really pursued by it, and how it was done.

Because, this petite bourgeois party forgets that "the judgment by law" in the capital-ruling world is basically supported by the violence device, and could only make much of such abstraction as judgment by "pure" law.  Such a thing does not exist in reality.

The radicals of Afghan were receiving "the judgment by law" in a sense now, and Bin Laden would become a target of "judgment of law" if he would be arrested and restricted, but it is after their power was crushed into pieces and denied by violent and military means, and not before.

"The judgment by law" that the Communist Party yearned for comes true or is coming true now.
And, in the inside, as the part, the "revival" of Afghan becomes a problem.  This will be just the same thing that Japan have begun to walk a road of social "revival" with receiving "the judgment by law" such as "Tokyo Trial" after militarily crushed thoroughly by "Allied Forces" around U.S. after the war.

Did Japan not refuse any kind of "judgment of law" and also refuse the "judgment" of the League of Nations and withdraw from it before militarily defeated crucially?  Because they can only take "the judgment of law" by the United Nations while knowing such a historic experience, how unenlightened and impolitic this party is!

And even if it is assumed that Afghan would receive "the judgment by law", another side of U.S. would never accept it, so such a thing is no use for the solution of international problems.  Or, the Communist Party would think that U.S. --  an imperialism greatest power, executing supremacy in the whole world -- does not have to receive "the judgment of law" because it is only at the head of terrorism objection?  If so, the Communist Party which was once a hero of "Anti-U.S.", and has dished the U.S.-Japan Security Treaty being the greatest Japanese cancer completely and happily transformed itself into "pro-American" party now.

Actually, even if it is assumed that we can let Afghan receive "the judgment by law" -- by military pressure, by the hand of U.S., the greatest power in the world -- however what kind of international organization or a nation can let the "super" imperialism nation as U.S. force or accept "the judgment by law".

There is not such an international organization and such a great power.  Does not even the Communist Party know well that the United Nations does not have such an ability nor a legal and systematic premise?  Or, "the judgment by law" of the Communist Party is the law being able to apply only to the nation which is small and weak as Afghan, and excluding such as U.S.?  However, the principle of the Communist Party, which excluded such a nation as U.S. needing "the judgment of law" first, is nonsense and useless at all.

The workers of the world confirm that the Afghan Revival Conference was held only as a result of crushing and overwhelming an Islam radical nation, and is also only a part of politics of imperialism, one part of world rule by the world monopolistic capitals, and object to any kind of illusion for it.

It is useless even if Japan puts pacifism on sale in no matter how affected manner here.  Because this conference is not on the extension of "judgment by law" as the Communist Party has insisted, but on the extension of  barbarous imperialist politics of monopolistic capital power -- see the virtual "undiscriminating" attack on Afghan.  It is "covered with blood" from the first, and such as "peaceful" "friendly" etc. is only a deception to mend the surface.

U.S. "gives way one step" here and puts forward Japan on the surface, but it is only to let Japan carry the part of camouflage of own barbaric act by pushing Japan in addition to a calculation to escape from economic load.  To each nation, there will be each role and duty allotment.

Of course the "bourgeois" development of Afghan is progressive now, and the workers in the world will never "object" to the fact.  But otherwise, we point out distinctly that it is thoroughly a bourgeois process and call not to have any illusion to the nation and society created there.  The task of workers is the sublation of bourgeois nation, and is not to play the role of clawback for a class state and the capitalistic development of economy.
