The 15th general meeting of the SWP held during the both days of 28 and 29 in November confirmed the meaning and the importance to "Advance politically" with the reinforcing and expanding the systematic activity which centered on the organ paper and magazine, and with constructing the true class workers party by concentrating many conscious workers in the whole country.

In addition, we have organized nationwide posters and the street propaganda, and also have developed active publication activities, clarified the basic standpoint and the viewpoint of the SWP, and have prompted the workers to concentrate on our party during this time.

The SWP has participated frequently in the national elections and the regional elections up to now and has appealed openly to many workers in the whole country, but we have been forced to stagnate in about these 10 years to That is, it is the problem of "Money" (For instance, in order to participate the election of the proportional district of the House of Councilors, we need the deposit of tens million yen first of all.), and from the reason of the weakness of our organization.

However, we neither have abandoned the hope nor have given up.

We will construct the organization, have determined to move to the open, political struggle decisively, and shall move. And, we shall appeal clearly to the tens million of general public of the workers in the whole country again.

Well, we had argued especially over "the value form theory" seriously and deeply in the party rally at this time and the aspect was likely to have been the discussion of scholars if seen from amateur eyes (Although, the "scholars" now should not do and should not able to do a serious and rich-in-content discussion about Marxism and the labor theory of value as us.)

We confirmed there that the idea called "the form regulation as the value body" was not the right one but the one to open the road in some, wrong directions, if it was used in relation to the value form theory. Actually, we can understand and evaluate enough the value form theory without using such a strange idea. (This idea is rather harmful for the understanding of the value form theory.)

Our discussion might have been seen as if something trifle and the matter of indifference for the people who saw the problem superficially. However, we have found an important danger coming off the labor theory of value to a part of argument tone. Needless to say, it might be the abandoning the understanding of the fundamental contradiction of capitalism and again the loss of the view of socialism to make the labor theory of value negligent, so it might be the one to result to the practicing failure or to the surrender, to shift to opportunism naturally.

We decisively protected the labor theory of value and confirmed the standpoint not to admit the misinterpretation again through the discussion in the general meeting. We developed a very limit and severe discussions not from the intellectuals' comfortable standpoints. The reason is that our practice demands severe theoretical standpoint, that we cannot bare and execute the revolutional practice without true confidence based on correct theory. A vague (or an incorrect) thought and theory (For instance, idealism and "revisionism" or the compromise and surrender to it) never yield the convinced and indomitable practice or fight at all.

Finally, the general meeting elected 12 persons of the central committee (And, the central committee elected 4 persons of the central executive committee, Taguchi, Hayashi, Yakuwa, Yamada, by mutual election), clarified the determination to promote the project of constructing workers party aiming at "political advancement" more strongly and decisively than before with the lead of the new executives and with all the ability of our party.

When once we will make political advances openly, the bourgeois parties will be shocked and all the opportunist parties will lose color and face, and they will be able to oppose only by dirty means called slander as the Communist Party could do nothing but so in the election struggle before. However, they cannot stop their fall and decline at all by doing such things. A true workers party might be invincible.

We call all the thinking workers in the whole country. Concentrate SWP and bear this great struggle with historically huge meaning together!
