Prime Minister Koizumi proposed a policy to dispatch the Self-Defense Force for backward support of the US Army under the pretext that "we fight against international terrorism determinedly."

And he is going to force the revision of Self-Defense Act for that purpose in the extraordinary session of the Diet from 27th.

We denounce determinedly the US imperialism who has not only ruled over and suppressed the whole world, has executed every tyranous and barbarous acts for the last one century, but plot and is going to execute barbarous and cruel "retaliatory attack" without selecting means, claiming impudently to "protect freedom and justice from the international terrorist organization" without reflecting on own injustice and evildoing. We also denounce the Koizumi government which goes along over-all with the Bush government, promises "maximal cooperation", and is going to take off for the first trial of backward support to the US Army in the battle, and we call you to crush decidedly the reactionary and danger maneuver!

Though Prime Minister Koizumi insist obstinately that "the support is not united with the military power use" because it is medical care and the transportation / the supplying of a thing except a weapon / ammunition even if backward support, and it does not conflict with "the use of the right of collective self-defense" prohibited in the constitution, but it is really sophism.

It is quite clear that even provisions and fuel, other supplies, or medical care, the offering and the transportation is the thing supporting "the military power use", and is the thing constituting a part of the whole war action because it is indispensable to war accomplishment, isn't it?

To begin with, it is irrational to separate "backward support" with "military power use", and both are right indivisible.

Besides, they intend this time to do this to the US Army in the military power use in a battle area.

This is nothing but the genuine "use of the right of collective self-defense", the imperialistic overseas dispatch of troops.

There is no one all over the world who understand such choplogic as "it is not so because not to join directly the military power use".

As is commonly known, Koizumi is a ingrained promoter of "the right of collective self-defense".

He has a scheme to pile up the established facts of the substantial "right of collective self-defense use" and to switch through the next stage with making this simultaneous multipule terrorism as a chance.

In other words, to the stipulation of "the right of collective self-defense" by the revision of constitution.

He does not do this at the mercy of America, as the agent provocateur as the Japanese Communist Party say.

It is being done aiming at that the Japanese governing class will grow up more to be a politically and militarily qualified imperialist nation, and to appear as a powerful member of the world imperialsit Great Powers.

In this meaning, this maneuver of Self-Defense Force dispatch for the backward support of the US Army is extremely serious as being epoch-making of evolution of Japanese imperialism, and the Japanese workers and people can never overlook this in silence.

Let's crush decisively the maneuver of overseas dispatch of the Self-Defense Force as the name of "backward support" of the US Army!

Let's overthrow the Koizumi government of false "reform" and reinforcement of imperialism!
