At our party congress that was held on November 2 and 3, we dissolved the SWP and made the decision to create a new organization in order to move forward new struggles. At the congress, reviewing the past ten years of our activities, we recognized our inability to carry out activities as a party, and that despite our hopes and desires, the subjective-as well as objective-conditions necessary to fight as a party in the near future are lacking. We therefore decided to move forward as a revolutionary Marxist circle (Marxist Comrades Group). This is painful "one step forward, two steps back." But, frankly summing up the present situation, we came to the conclusion that a more fundamental struggle is necessary. We thank everyone who has supported our struggles over the past 18 years, and encourage you to join together with us in our future struggles.

Because of this, it will also be necessary for us to change our web site and we are planning to change the URL. But until the end of this year, we will continue our web site in its current form. For more information about our new organization please read the following.
